Rehabilitación con respeto / Respectful renovation

Pocos pisos quedan con elementos arquitectónicos originales como los suelos de mosaicos, molduras en los techos altos, puertas anchas...

Cuando nos encontramos con una joya así, antes de entrar a demoler todo el piso, deberíamos recapacitar sobre lo que se puede hacer para actualizar su imagen sin eliminar esos elementos tan difíciles de reponer.
