Pisos con diferentes niveles / Apartments with different levels

Los pisos con diferentes niveles suelen darse en los edificios antiguos, generalmente en la salida a la terraza en el caso de los áticos, o bien cuando se unen dos pisos de diferentes edificios.

Si tenéis alguno de estos dos problemas, Plc os muestra algunas soluciones que se pueden utilizar según el caso.

En esta primera imagen os mostramos como se puede realizar la conexión entre la vivienda y la terraza que se encuentran en diferente nivel. Se puede colocar un mueble junto a las escaleras de salida con algunas plantas que hacen de transición entre el interior y el exterior.

En el caso de que quieras ampliar tu vivienda comprando y uniendo el piso de al lado que pertenece a otro edificio cuyo forjado se encuentra a otro nivel, tras el asesoramiento de un arquitecto para ver si estructuralmente es viable, en caso de que sea viable ya puedes empezar a pensar en como hacer de esa transición un  espacio amplio, acogedor y sin que se note que son pisos diferentes.

En este caso la madera del techo de una parte se une a la madera de la escalera de la otra para producir una transición integrada en los dos ambientes.

Y si quieres algo más sencillo y tradicional pero con un aire contemporáneo, esta es tu solución. Con una pequeña escalera pero con elementos como la barandilla que la hacen diferente y a la vez decorativa.

In this first image you can see how to do the connection between the flat and the terrace. It´s possible to place a piece of furniture close to the exit stairs with some plants that make the transition between in and outdoors. 

In case you want to extend your apartment, buying and joining the neighbor apartment belonging to another building, it is possible that the floors aren't on the same level. Then you should ask for an architect to see the structural viability, after that it would be great to make that difference become a wide and cozy space which looks to forget the different levels.

In this case the wood of the ceiling of a part joins the wood of the stairs of other one to produce a transition integrated in both environments.

And if you want something more simple and traditional but with a contemporary feel, this one is your solution. A few stairs but with a decorative railing.
