La semana pasada estuvimos en casa de MªJosé y Juan, aprovechando que vivía en la provincia de Valencia, para asesorarles en su propio domicilio sobre cómo sacar una habitación más, para usarla como estudio, y cómo sacar más armarios, tan necesarios en todas las casas ;)
Previamente, nos habían enviado un plano de su casa para ver la viabilidad de su consulta.

Con las 3 soluciones que encontramos a primera vista, nos desplazamos hasta su casa para explicárselas y comprobar "in situ" su viabilidad.

Opción 1:
Esta primera opción es la más inmediata y económica. La nueva habitación se saca del salón aprovechando la salida de la terraza.
No hay que derribar ninguna pared, por lo que la nueva tabiquería se podía realizar en seco, de yeso laminado, por su rapidez y limpieza de ejecución. Se debería adaptar la carpintería aprovechando el mismo hueco, para que haya una puerta abatible desde cada espacio.
Los nuevos armarios se obtienen alineando el pasillo.
En el dormitorio principal se consigue un vestidor en forma de U cambiando la situación de la puerta del baño.

This one is the fastest and cheapest. We'll get the new room from the living room taking advantage of the terrace door.
No demolition is needed, so the new walls can be built with prefab elements, in a fast and clean way. We only have to change the carpentry function to get two independent doors.
By other hand, we can get the new cupboards lining up the walls of the corridor, winning a U dressing space by changing the bathroom door location.

En la segunda opción, cogiendo un poco de salón y cocina, conseguimos sacar una habitación con ventilación e iluminación exterior y entrada por el pasillo.
Para conseguir más armarios, aun valiendo la opción anterior, volvemos a poner a línea el pasillo y sin tocar el baño principal se coloca un nuevo armario paralelo al existente formando un vestidor previo al dormitorio.

Taking some space from the kitchen and the living room, it is another way to get an extra-room, with access from the corridor.
And other way to obtain more cupboards is lining up the walls of the corridor again, and without moving the door of the bathroom, install a cupboard in front of the existing one, inside the main bedroom.

Opción 3:
En la tercera opción se consigue sacar la nueva habitación cogiendo un poco de salón y girando parte de la bancada de la cocina, creando una cocina cuadrada con bancada en L. En este caso las puertas tanto de la cocina como de la nueva habitación se colocarían correderas a modo de paneles para crear un espacio único cuando estas estén abiertas. Se propone, además, quitar las puertas dobles de acceso al salón para ganar amplitud.

Ésta fue la propuesta que, en un principio, más gustó a MªJosé y Juan, y sobre ésta estuvimos conversando y sacando más variantes en función de la alineación del tabique, la colocación de la puerta o posibles ventanas para conseguir más iluminación al despacho.
Pero después nuestros amigos se volvieron a fijar en la Opción 1 y también estudian considerarla.
