En 2006 me encargaron el proyecto de una casa de campo en Turís (Valencia). Los condicionantes eran que tuviera un amplio salón con chimenea, un lavadero de grandes dimensiones y tres dormitorios.
A partir de ahí comencé a trabajar realizando diferentes estudios siendo esta la opción elegida.
1. Planos de distribución / Distribution planes
La vivienda de 210,00m² construidos, consta en planta baja de un salón-comedor con doble altura (35,40m² útiles), una cocina office con lavadero (17,45 + 9,95m² útiles) , dos dormitorios dobles (13,25 y 11,30m² útiles), un baños común (6,20m² útiles) y un dormitorio principal (13,95m² útiles) con baño (6,50m² útiles) y vestidor (7,75m² útiles).
En la entrada principal se sitúa una amplia terraza (22,50m² útiles) con acceso directo al salón comedor y a la cocina.
La distribución de las estancias independiza la zona de día de la zona de noche.
En planta primera se ubica un estudio (16,90m² útiles) abierto a la doble altura del salón comedor lo que da una sensación de amplitud creando una estancia diferente.
2. Fachadas / Front of building
La estética exterior se eligió de estilo mediterráneo, con cubierta inclinada de teja curva y paredes blancas.
Para dar luz natural a la escalera se colocó unas piezas de pavés traslúcido.
Esta vivienda se caracteriza por la cantidad de luz natural que entra a través de los grandes ventanales de la zona del office de la cocina y del salón que junto a la gran altura crea un ambiente diferente y muy agradable.
Para finalizar, destacar que para aislar la casa del frío y las humedades del suelo, se planteó un forjado sanitario que elevaba la casa del terreno y por lo cual se accede a la vivienda mediante unas pequeñas escaleras.

The outdoor look was chosen in a Mediterranean style, with a curved tile roof and white walls.
The natural light for the stairs was obtained with wall of glass blocks.

Finally, I'll make a mention about the isolation of the build from cold and dampness from ground: the house is built over a chamber, that's because of the access to the house is made by means of a few steps.
