Pues, comienzan su aventura en su nuevo local!
Tras las consultas realizadas en el ayuntamiento, fue imposible mantener el altillo existente por no cumplir la altura libre mínima, ni en la planta baja ni en la parte superior.
Por ello, tuvimos que preparar un proyecto de derribo parcial para poder llevar a cabo la demolición del altillo.
Presentada la solicitud de licencia de las obras en el ayuntamiento, salimos con la licencia "bajo del brazo" y ese mismo día comenzaron a demoler.

Well, now they are beginning their adventure in the new space!

Therefore, we had to prepare a project to demolish it.
After the submission of the application in the town hall offices, we got the building license and that day we could order the demolition.
