Alojamiento para estudiantes económico. / Affordable student housing.

Este es el objetivo marcado por Tengbom en colaboración con un fabricante de maderas (Martinsons) y una inmobiliaria (AF Bostäder). 

Una unidad de habitación para estudiantes en alquiler, económica, ecológica y divertida.

Para ello, 10m² fueron suficientes.

Y en ese pequeño espacio la "vivienda" dispone de dormitorio (en el altillo), cocina y baño.

El uso de la madera para su construcción hace que resulte cuidadosa con el medio ambiente por su baja emisión de CO2.

En los últimos años, muchos son los estudios y prototipos realizados por arquitectos buscando viviendas mínimas, respetuosas con el medio ambiente, con buena eficiencia energética, de construcción rápida y de bajo coste.

Este es un claro ejemplo de ello. 

Si estáis por Suecia y  la queréis visitar, estará expuesta en  el Museo de Arte Virserum de la ciudad de Smäland, hasta el 8 de diciembre. 

This one is the aim that Tengbom has set in collaboration with  a wood manufacturer (Martinsons) and  a real-estate company (AF Bostäder).
A rented living unit for students, affordable, environmental-friendly and funny.

For it, 10m² were enough.
And in this small space, the house has a bedroom (in the attic room), a kitchen and a bathroom.

The use of the wood for this construction is something beneficial for the environment because of its low CO2 emission.

In the last years, many studies and prototypes are been realized by architects looking for minimal and respectful housings with the environment, with good energy efficiency, fast construction and low cost.

This one is a clear example of it.

If you are in Sweden and want to visit it, it will be exposed in the Virserum Art Museum, in the city of Smäland, until December, the 8th.
