Un bar de 50m²

Hace unas semanas conocimos a Marcos, tenía un pequeño local de apenas 50m² en una buena ubicación y quería montar una cafetería.

El trabajo estaba claro:

• Estudiar las posibilidades del local.
• Combinar las necesidades de Marcos con los requerimientos de la normativa.
• Algunas gestiones con la administración.
• ...Y manos a la obra.

El espacio necesitaba alguna reforma pero la estructura estuvo clara desde el principio: cuatro partes bien definidas divididas entre la parte pública (atención y barra) y la zona de servicios (cocina y aseos).

Some weeks ago we met Marcos, he was owner of a small place of only 50m² in a good location and wanted to set up a snack-bar.

The work was clear:

• To study the possibilities of the shop.
• To combine Marcos's needs with the requirements of the laws.
• Some negotiations with the administration.
• ... And let's get on with it!.

The space needed some refurbishment but the structure was clear from the beginning: four well defined parts divided between the public part (attention and bar) and the service area (kitchen and toilettes).
