A menudo nos encontramos con la necesidad de integrar ciertos elementos inesperados a nuestros diseños, geometrías que condicionan la distribución final o factores con los que se ha de convivir por ser necesarios para otras funciones. Es el caso de este apartamento situado en Goteborg y que ocupa la buhardilla de un edificio.

En este diseño se ha debido de asumir la presencia de elementos estructurales como los gruesos muros de ladrillo y las paredes inclinadas del tejado de mansarda.
Como veis, estos inconvenientes no han supuesto ningún problema a la hora de obtener una vivienda de dos dormitorios. Se han zonificado los espacios y se ha optado por una distribución abierta, separando únicamente los dormitorios y el baño, e incluso se ha aprovechado la gran altura de la cumbrera para disponer una pequeña zona de lectura sobre el baño, a la que se accede escalonando el ramate de uno de los muros.
In this design it has been necessary to accept the presence of some structural elements as the thick walls of brick and the sloping walls of the roof of the attic.
As you see, these handicaps have not meant any problem at the moment of obtaining a housing of two bedrooms. The spaces have been divided into zones choosing an opened distribution, separating only the bedrooms and the bath, and even the height of the ridge has been used to arrange a small zone of reading over the bath, to which it is possible to acceed by means of some steps made on the top of the wall.

La iluminación artificial se ha resuelto mediante lámparas colgantes y se ha aprovechado toda la luz natural encargando ventanales a medida.
La arquitectura a priori difícil de este espacio es una gran ventaja en cuanto al aprovechamiento de pequeños recovecos, siempre aprovechables para cualquier almacenaje: librerías, estantes, armarios...

Más allá de la visión que se ofrece siempre de este tipo de viviendas escandinavas, de decoración tan atractiva, nosotras os hemos aportado hoy un punto de vista arquitectónico, que frecuentemente pasa desapercibido y no siempre se sabe apreciar adecuadamente.
