Sobre una estructura elevada de acero, en previsión de la subida del nivel del agua, se dispone un prisma de madera de cedro cuyo interior es dividido en diferentes espacios según su uso: un dormitorio principal, habitación de los niños, baño, cocina y sala de estar.
La distribución de todos los espacios que componen esta casita ha sido posible gracias al aprovechamiento de cada milímetro.
Aprovechando la altura que se le da al prisma, se ha colocado una plataforma superior donde se sitúa el dormitorio principal. Bajo él, se colocan las dos camas de los niños y el baño. Mientras que, la cocina, el comedor y el salón se dispone en un espacio único, central y con vistas al mar.
En el dormitorio superior se ha colocado una ventana alargada a modo de cabezal que proporciona luz, amplitud al espacio y bonitas vistas.
El dormitorio de los niños se dispone en unas literas.
En la zona noble se coloca en el techo unas ventanas para aprovechar la luz del día y además le dan amplitud al espacio.
Un agradable rincón donde perderse un fin de semana de relax.

On a high structure of steel, to prevent the raisse of the water level, is located a prism of wood of cedar whose indoor is divided in different spaces according to its use: the main bedroom, a kid's bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen and the living space.
The distribution of all the spaces of this little house has been calculated very precisely.
Taking advantage of the high ceiling, there is a top platform where the main bedroom is. Under it, take place both beds for the children and the bathroom. The kitchen, the dining room and the living take up the only central space overlooking the sea.

In the top bedroom there is a longitudinal window as a bedhead that provides light, spaciousness and nice views.
The bedroom of the children is based on bunk beds.
